Generate the weekly parish bulletin
The parish bulletin is a weekly PDF ready to print or distribute. It automatically pulls together the week's masses with their intentions and events, and lets you add free-form announcements.
Generate a bulletin
- In the menu, click Bulletin.
- Navigate to the desired week using the arrows (week runs Monday to Sunday).
- The preview loads automatically and shows the week's masses with their intentions (✝ deceased, (V) living) and parish events.
Add announcements
- In the Announcements area, enter any text to include (practical information, opening hours, parish news…).
- The text appears in a dedicated section of the PDF.
Download the PDF
- Click Download bulletin.
- The PDF is generated with your parish header (name, address), masses, events and announcements.
- The file is automatically named
bulletin-YYYY-MM-DD.pdf.
The bulletin is generated on demand from data in the database. Make sure your masses and events are entered in the Schedule before downloading.
